General Terms

For online bookings with Mykonos Driver by Indigo Tourism LTD, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice. However, if you need to book a car with less notice, please give us a call at +30 698 122 9965.

While we make every effort to ensure our drivers are punctual, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as mechanical failures, traffic jams, accidents, or extreme weather conditions. Our drivers will always adhere to safe and sensible speeds based on road conditions and legal limits.

Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle, both interior and exterior. Any necessary repairs or cleaning will be billed accordingly. Additionally, if the vehicle is out of service due to damage, the client will be responsible for any subsequent loss of earnings for the driver.

Occasionally, we may provide vehicles through subcontractors. Rest assured, our subcontracted vehicles maintain the same standards as our own fleet.

By providing your email address, you authorize Indigo Tourism LTD to contact you via email. We promise never to share your email with any third party.

We reserve the right to change the vehicle or chauffeur if necessary. However, we will always do our best to ensure punctuality for all our vehicles or subcontracted vehicles.

Our chauffeurs will follow the most appropriate route unless instructed otherwise by the customer at the time of booking.

While Indigo Tourism LTD and our subcontracted vehicles carry full insurance for third-party claims, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the customer’s personal property carried in the vehicle.

If any items are left behind in our vehicles or subcontracted vehicles, we will keep a lost property book in our office and make every effort to return the lost goods to the customer.

Indigo Tourism LTD and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior poses a threat to the chauffeur, the vehicle, or other passengers.

Please note that these terms and conditions do not affect the client’s statutory rights. The company reserves the right to change itineraries or routes when necessary.

General Payment and Deposits

All prices listed include a 13% VAT charge.

For any bookings to be undertaken, full payment must be made prior to the commencement of services. Online bookings will be automatically charged by Indigo Tourism LTD at the time the booking request is made..

Payment Methods: Indigo Tourism LTD accepts most major Credit, Debit, and Prepaid cards, including Visa, Maestro, Diners, Discover, and American Express. Payments can also be made through Google & Apple Digital Wallet. Bank transfers must be received before any bookings can be confirmed, and cash payments must be made prior to the start of the hire period.

All credit card payments are processed securely using the Stripe electronic payment platform (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). This encryption method ensures that information remains coded until it reaches the intended recipient, who can then decode it with the appropriate key.

Customers have the option to pay for their rides using a credit card. Transaction fees associated with bank transfers (e.g., due to different currencies or local accounts) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Credit Card Statement: The charge on your credit card statement will appear as Indigo Tourism LTD.

Any adjustments to the original booking price, such as additional waiting time, extra hours, car parking, additional stops, goods, or address changes, will not be automatically charged.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

– Cancellation is free of charge if made more than 72 Hours prior to the agreed pickup time.
– Within 72 Hours or less before the agreed pickup time, no refund will be provided.
– Bookings made within 72 Hours of the pick-up date are non-refundable.

– If the customer fails to appear at the designated pickup point, all payments made will be non-refundable.

– We reserve the right to cancel any service at any time, with a full refund provided to you.

– Situations like air-traffic controller strikes or extreme weather conditions may have limited compensation options. Customers must accept longer waiting periods or last-minute cancellations in such cases.

No-Shows

If a customer fails to show up for a ride without canceling, they forfeit their right to be transported by the driver. However, this does not impact Indigo Tourism LTD’s ability to claim compensation from the customer.

A ride is considered a no-show if the customer does not appear at the agreed pickup location within 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, without canceling beforehand.

If a customer fails to show up, they are required to pay the full fare for the ride. Additional charges for waiting time do not apply.

Exceptions to this rule include situations where the driver and the customer have mutually agreed on a later pickup time via phone. In such cases, any applicable waiting time charges must still be compensated.

Generally, passengers do not have the right to change the pickup time.

Behavior in the Vehicle

Throughout the entire ride, all guests are required to comply with the relevant Road Traffic Rules, particularly the seatbelt regulations, to ensure safety. Any instructions given by the driver must be followed diligently.

Therefore, it is strictly prohibited for guests to open the doors, throw any objects from the vehicle, or extend body parts out of or shout from the vehicle. If customers or guests wish to use any of the devices or facilities in the vehicle, they must first receive a brief instruction from the driver.

Smoking is not permitted in the guest section of the vehicle. Failure to comply will result in the guest being responsible for both the cleaning costs of the vehicle and compensating for any lost business due to vehicle downtime.

While we discourage the consumption of food, alcoholic drinks are allowed in the vehicle with prior consent.
